Day 1 HAMBURG / GERMANY
Hamburg is Germany's second largest city, the third largest port in Europe and a thriving modern city, popular among tourists from all over the world.

Day 2 THE NORTH SEA (B, L, D) As today is spent at sea, you may wish to follow our on board lectures, take in the fresh air out on deck, or just enjoy a relaxing day in our keep-fit area or panorama lounge.

Day 3 STAVANGER / NORWAY (B, L, D) Stavanger is often referred to as the "Petroleum Capital" of Norway, and the city offers a charming combination of old buildings and new industries existing side by side. Norway's oldest cathedral is situated right in the city centre and around the harbour you will also find the oldest surviving wooden housing district in northern Europe.

Day 4 LYSEFJORD AND ROSENDAL / NORWAY (B, L, D) The famous walls of Preikestolen tower an impressive 604 metres over the Lysefjord. These walls provide a spectacular backdrop as we sail through this popular fjord en route to Rosendal. This charming little town is the home to less than 1,000 inhabitants but still houses one of the most important museums in Western Norway, the Barony Manor House.

Day 5 ULVIK & EIDFJORD IN HARDANGERFJORD (B, L, D)
We will have an early visit to Ulvik, Norway'sorchard and apple-growing region, renowned at this time of year for its beautiful blossoms. From Ulvik we continue into Eidfjord, famed for the impressive Vøringsfossen, an 1,800-metre high waterfall.

Day 6 FLÅM - NÆRØYFJORD - BALESTRAND IN SOGNEFJORD (B, L, D) Flåm is most famous for its railway; one of the steepest tracks in the world, and the most popular rail journey in Norway. From Flåm we sail into Norway's longest fjord, the Sognefjord. Here we will make a stop in the picturesque village Balestrand with the historic Kvikne's Hotel and the Kvikne's Church.

Day 7 ÅLESUND - GEIRANGER - GEIRANGERFJORD (B, L, D) Visit Ålesund, a colourful coastal town renowned for its Art Nouveau architecture. Later in the day we will sail into magnificent Geirangerfjord, voted the most iconic destination in the world by National Geographic in 2009. The fjord has also been inscribed in the UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites since 2005.

Day 8 OLDEN - NORDFJORD - HYENFJORD (B, L, D) Enjoy a view of the spectacular Jostedals-breen, the biggest glacier in continental Europe as we sail into Olden where we will spend the day. On the way back to the sea, we will make a late evening sailing to Hyenfjord.

Day 9 BERGEN (B, L, D) Bergen is Norway's second largest city and the cultural capital of Norway. The city is best known for its picture-postcard Bryggen waterfront, the old, wooden Hanseatic trade houses, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From Mt. Floyen you have a breathtaking view over the city, harbor and the archipelago.

Day 10 AT SEA (B, L, D) Spend the day learning something new, enjoy the view from our observation lounge or just relax in one of our Jacuzzis out on deck.

Day 11 OSLO / NORWAY (B)

Enjoy the view of the final fjord in our program, as we sail into the Oslofjord, in the early hours of the morning. Explore Norway's vibrant and diverse capital before continuing your journey home.
